Ms. Castor is Principal and co-founder of Cresa's Orlando office. Her previous company, Strictly Commercial, Inc. established in 1989, merged with Cresa in 2008. Sarah has specialized in corporate facilities work on behalf of office tenants. Her knowledge of the office market has resulted in a depth of knowledge and experience, ensuring strong market deals for her clients. Ms. Castor worked the first five years in the industry on the landlord’s behalf, learning the intricacies of the deal structure from an ownership point of view, then went on to fill a critical need of representing the tenant’s side in securing fair and equitable lease terms.

John Gay

Managing Principal

Since 1989, John Gay has pursued his passion of representing businesses in their real estate activities. Whether a lease or purchase of commercial real estate, he has advised end users of space providing expertise in strategic planning, site/building selection, lease/contract negotiation, construction/project management oversight and post occupancy review.

One of Orlando's top tenant representatives, John has a long track record of satisfied clients. He has advised multinational companies, regional businesses and small local practices. Craig Castor


Craig Castor is a veteran business professional with 30+ years of experience in the construction, insurance, risk management, and real estate industries. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he focused on meeting his client’s needs in the insurance and risk management arena, which are critical to successfully operating a business and tie into his core competencies in securing the right office space for his clients.

His services include tenant representation for new office space, existing lease renewal representation, market studies of available space and rates, as well as, aggressively marketing sublease space on behalf of his clients.

Gary Klein

Senior Vice President, Project Management

Gary Klein is Senior Vice President and head of the Orlando team’s Project Management Services. He has over 35 years’ experience as a commercial contractor specializing in complex, tenant improvement and build-to-suit projects. Gary brings a depth of experience to Cresa Orlando’s transaction management team and the Orlando market’s need for skilled construction management.

Gary’s experience and business acumen has resulted in a long resume of successful, quality projects done on time and within budget. He has owned several commercial contracting companies, managing such diverse projects as medical, hospital, educational, religious, restaurant, hospitality, aviation, clean room, data center and defense.

Michael Seaman

Senior Vice President

Mike began his career in commercial real estate in the early 1990’s, exclusively representing tenants in the Orlando Florida area. He has also worked for developers and investors as well as holding executive positions with several companies in which his responsibilities included facilities and real estate.

His diverse background gives him a unique perspective among the brokerage community. Mike has a complete understanding of how real estate impacts the entire enterprise, from the balance sheet to the front desk. His experience as a broker, owner and tenant of commercial real estate allows him to view the complete 360-degree picture and provide exemplary service to his clients by truly understanding their business requirements.

Professional Experience

Mike spent 12 years working as a merchant banker and consultant to both privately held and publicly traded companies in the technology and health care sectors, leading clients through liquidity events including IPO’s, capital raises and M&A activity. He often assumed an interim executive or C-level position during his involvement with the company and led them through rapid growth, consolidation of multiple locations through acquisition activity as well as operations contraction after changing market conditions and divestiture of business units left clients with excess real estate.

Steve Wightman

Senior Vice President

Steve has been a top producer throughout his 30-year career in the brokerage and corporate real estate arenas, enabling him to understand the transactional needs of companies ranging from large to small.

Prior to joining Cresa, Steve served as Director of Transaction Management at CBRE, servicing accounts in multiple markets around the country. Steve has managed a large and varied volume of successful real estate transactions across various industries, from renewals to relocations, consistently exceeding his client’s expectations. His experience covers one-off transactions to coordinating clients’ entire portfolios, the largest of which included over 6.5M square feet of space.

Steve brings real estate solutions to his clients, and the Orlando office anticipates great success with him on their team.

Katie Seeley

Operations Manager

Katie joined the Cresa Orlando team in 2016 as Operations Manager wherein she manages the day-to-day functions of the office, as well as all accounting functions, human resources, marketing strategies, and social media correspondence.

Alberto Leon


Alberto is passionate about doing the right thing for his clients. He has over 10 years’ experience in sales, account management and procurement, and knows how to quickly solve problems and create value for his clients.

His primary focus at Cresa will be in the industrial sector where his procurement and fulfillment experience allow him to take a solution-based approach in managing transactions, negotiating leases and developing new business opportunities.
